You Know the Operation Should Be Performing Better. The Question Is Why.
Where Could the Problem Be Hiding?
CUSTOMER
- Customer demand and contact drivers
- Channel behavior and switching
- Repeat contacts and avoidable demand
- Self-service adoption and effectiveness
- Voice of the Customer and Customer feedback
- Customer Journey friction
- Demand created elsewhere in the organization
From Symptoms to Priorities
The Blind Spot Audit is designed to move from uncertainty to a clear set of evidence-based priorities.
- Understand what is actually happening across the operation.
- Investigate the areas most likely to explain the performance gap.
- Quantify the operational, Customer, and financial impact.
- Prioritize what deserves attention and what does not.
The work typically takes about two weeks once the necessary information and access are available.
What You Get
The result is a decision document designed to make the findings clear and actionable.
It identifies:
- What the evidence says is happening
- Where the most significant gaps or opportunities exist
- What those issues are costing or preventing
- Which actions deserve priority
- Which assumptions or proposed initiatives the evidence does not support
- Where deeper investigation may still be required
If the evidence doesn't support an initiative, I'll say so.
Diagnosis First. Implementation Second.
The Blind Spot Audit is designed to determine what should happen next. It is not a mechanism for steering every client toward the same service.
Sometimes the answer may involve workforce management. Sometimes technology. Sometimes process, Customer behavior, management discipline, BPO performance, or something outside the Contact Center entirely.
If implementation support is needed, that work can be scoped separately after the priorities are clear.
The audit determines the intervention. The intervention does not determine the audit.
You Don't Have to Know Where to Start.
You may have a specific problem. You may have several competing explanations. Or you may simply believe the operation should be producing more value than it is today.
